Memir’s Magic Masala, Shawarma Seasoning Blend

This seasoning is great for shawarma, Gyro, and Kabob dishes and pairs well with Lamb, Chicken, and Beef.  Note...This is a Salt-Free seasoning as many of these dishes require long marinade time where the additional salt may dry out the protein.  Be sure to add salt as needed.  Spice level:  Mild
